We Must Change our Eating Habits

The aim of this blog post is slightly different to the previous blog posts I’ve published – I want to convince you not to give in to your food related temptations because short term satisfaction (e.g. from eating a bar of chocolate) is not nearly as rewarding as long term satisfaction (e.g. living a healthy, happy life). In addition, many people just don’t know where the food they eat is made of. Not only is this detrimental to the environment, it is immensely damaging to our bodies.
